Job description

Job Title: Junior accounting and consolidation specialist

You will be the member of the group accounting team and have a key role in the preparation of the consolidated accounts.

Main responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with your team members in the monthly closing process of the Group:
  • Prepare supporting documentation of JEs. Post JEs to ERP.
  • Post consolidation entries based on instructions, preparation of back up documentation.
  • Support the intercompany reconciliation process
  • Keep accounting related database up to date
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and notes.
  • Review the reporting packages of the components, perform required reconciliations.
  • Active cooperation with subsidiaries in the closing process
  • Prepare control documentations over financial reporting
  • External and internal audit support
  • Support system implementation projects

 

Main requirements:

  • Minimum BSc preferably in accounting specialization
  • 1-2 years working experience in accounting field, but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • knowledge and practical use of the Hungarian language is required to fill the position
  • Demonstrated accounting knowledge
  • base IFRS knowledge is an advantage
  • MS Office (especially Excel) proficiency
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Commitment for improvement, precision, accuracy; eager to learn
