PRIMARY FUNCTION

Compile and calculate the suggested Travel Retail Prices for the Estee Lauder Companies brands distributed in the landed, aquatic and in-flight channels. Maintain and update the pricing database. Handle channel pricing rebills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calculate the Suggested Travel Retail Sales prices, for all smaller brands, by following the pricing strategies for assigned region and channels in Travel Retail business.
  • Generate the pricelists for assigned retailers following corresponding time schedule
  • Maintain the pricing database
  • Execute ad-hoc changes to Suggested Retail Prices (SRPs) (e.g., due to currency fluctuations, changes in pricing strategy)
  • Generate and review the “Daily Missing Price” report and provide feedback to our Customer Service Team
  • With the support of senior colleagues follow up on internal or external pricing queries to resolve price discrepancies claims by reviewing the accuracy of SRPs used
  • Work on channel pricing to issue corresponding credit/debit notes
  • Prepare the retailer/vendor listing forms
  • Work closely with the ELC Global Strategic Pricing Team (based in NYC)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ongoing collage/university studies preferably on the field of accounting/finance/economics
  • Willingness to work at least 30 hours/week (flexible, home office is available) – We can give a certificate for last semester’s mandatory internship if requested
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to follow complex processes and to manage multiple deadlines (reprioritizing as needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and service orientation
  • MS Office skills to a high standard, medium level of Excel required
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • At least intermediate English knowledge
